Pattern for Progress is pleased to be partnering with the Community Preservation Corporation on a special Summer Housing Webinar Series dedicated to Sustainable Development and Demand for Low Carbon Buildings. The series will offer best practices and solutions through conversation about Sustainable Development. Please join us to hear from industry experts on best practices in multifamily development in July, August, and September.
In the final webinar of this three-part series, Joe Czajka, will moderate a conversation with Atalia Howe, AVP of Initiatives and Impact Investing, and Danielle Donnelly, Manager of Sustainability Programs at The Community Preservation Corporation to present the organization’s Sustainability Platform, and financing tools to achieve High Performance in multifamily housing development.
Then, hear from Bill Balter, President of Wilder Balter Partners and its construction affiliate, Griffon Associates, and Sue McCann, Regional Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development with The Community Builders, Inc., discussing what drove the decision to build to higher levels of energy performance, as well as some of the financing challenges and opportunities they faced during development.
