PATTERN FOR PROGRESS 2026 PROGRESS IN ACTION AWARD RECIPIENTS

We’re proud to announce Westchester County’s Housing Flex Fund as a 2026 Pattern Progress in Action Award recipient. 

Launched in 2024 with $90 million in federal ARPA funding, the Housing Flex Fund was created to provide critical gap financing for affordable housing projects that were ready to move forward but facing funding shortfalls.

The Fund has already helped support 1,300 affordable homes across 15 developments in eight municipalities, addressing a range of housing needs throughout Westchester County.

It’s exactly the kind of practical, forward-thinking regional solution that Pattern for Progress is proud to celebrate.

We’re proud to announce Access: Supports for Living’s Access: Center of Excellence (A:CE) as a 2026 Pattern Progress in Action Award recipient.

A:CE is a regional hub designed to strengthen how services are delivered to people with mental health and substance use needs, developmental disabilities, and other complex challenges.

By bringing together human services providers, community partners, educators, researchers, and people with lived experience, A:CE is helping strengthen the workforce, test new approaches, and share what works across the region.
