This housing forum is provided by the Tri Town Coalition for Housing Affordability, a collaborative group of Amenia, Millerton, and Pine Plains residents and stakeholders actively working to advance solutions to the towns’ shared concerns for affordable housing and inclusive economic development in the region. Additional partners of this coalition include the North East Community Center, Hudson River Housing, and Grace Episcopal Church, as well as the towns/villages of Amenia, Millerton, Northeast, and Millerton.

This forum includes panelists from MASS Design Group, Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, and NeighborWorks America, who will share key information regarding the impact of COVID-19 on rural housing, as well as inviting voices from the local community to ask questions and share local context. These discussions will contribute direction and content for how our area responds to housing issues in the northeast area of Dutchess County.
