As we head deeper into the winter months, the predicted “second wave” of the COVID-19 pandemic appears to be on the horizon. Although the infection rate in New York State is lower than many other places throughout the country, the number of daily new confirmed cases in New York is trending up. As of mid-November, daily new cases in the Hudson Valley and the rest of New York State have reached levels that we haven’t seen since April.
